Whitehorse Right to Life was born of a concern and care for the individual and society; the basic right of the individual to life, on which all other rights depend; and the responsibility of society to guard that right. We believe that the civilization of society is measured by the care and protection it gives to its weakest members.
We believe in the irrefutable, scientific and medical evidence that life is a continuum from conception to natural death, and protest the attempt, by proponents of abortion, to deny the humanity of the unborn. We believe that legal abortion is the beginning of a depreciation of life which leads ultimately to the expendability of the old, the special needs people, and the infirm; in short, to a society where the right to life is measured by its contributive rather than intrinsic value.
Our members consists of men and women of many occupations, diverse religious backgrounds and political views.
We oppose an anti-life philosophy which offers death as a solution for social inconvenience
